Our Check Policy:
(If you choose to pay by check and your check is dishonored, you agree to pay a processing fee of
$30, or any higher amount allowed by law, and we may electronically debit or draft your account
for this fee. Also, if your check is returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, your check may be
electronically re-presented for payment with CheckTRACK.)
Service Guarantee:
All services are non-refundable. We do guarantee our work 100%. However, if you are not satisfied,
our teams will return within two business days to clean area(s) necessary. Appointment cannot
exceed one week of initial cleaning. By confirming appointment, you agree to these terms and
conditions. We are Bonded and Insured for your protection.
We do not require signed contracts. However, we do ask for a 24 hr advance notice if any changes
need to be made. We charge a $25 cancellation fee if we arrive at the scheduled time and no one is
home or cancelled on-site. This fee is non-negotiable.
